The Managed Backup Service ensures the smooth functioning of your backup infrastructure and ensures that data can be backed up and restored in an emergency - even in the event of hardware defects, human error or cyberattacks. The service includes permanent monitoring of your backup environment, including alerting in the event of errors, qualification and processing of faults within the defined service window and, depending on the SLA level, additional services such as restore and function tests, administration of the backup software and regular restore tests. The technical prerequisite for the service is an up-to-date backup solution such as Veeam Backup & Replication with active support. The service is provided purely remotely during service hours (08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday; no support on public holidays). Depending on the SLA level (bronze, silver, gold), SLA response times and additional services vary - from basic monitoring and quarterly restore tests to comprehensive administration and reporting.
