"The services and automatisms in HCM have not only massively reduced the provisioning time of new systems - the quality assurance and plausibility checks integrated from the outset have also increased the operational reliability of the IT services for which we are responsible.
Thanks to the completely open experience of accompio PrimeTec (formerly proficom) and Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, as well as the joint development and integration work carried out, usable solutions were quickly developed and our own staff were able to build up the relevant expertise. After the project was completed, further interface integrations, e.g. into the existing ticket system and system monitoring, were realised. Next on the agenda is the development and integration of services and automatisms for the provision of databases."
