OpenText ALM Basics – applying the lifecycle securely

This training course is aimed at users of OpenText Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) who want to learn how to use the tool with confidence and integrate it into their daily project work. The fundamental disciplines of application lifecycle management are taught using practical examples. Participants will learn how to plan releases and set up projects in a structured manner, manage requirements traceably, and create and execute tests efficiently. In addition, the professional handling of defects is covered – from logging them to linking them with requirements and tests. The training is rounded off with an introduction to reporting functions in order to transparently evaluate test progress, requirements and bugs, and to sustainably improve software quality.
