Load and performance testing with JMeter: Develop, execute and interpret results with a solid foundation.
In this workshop, we offer an introduction to JMeter. This comprehensive and feature-rich open-source tool can be used independently of platform for load and performance testing and can realistically simulate the behaviour of human users.
Load and performance testing with JMeter
This training is aimed at load and performance testers who want to measure, control and evaluate the performance of their applications using the open-source tool JMeter.
This training is aimed at load and performance testers who want to realistically measure and assess the performance of their applications using Apache JMeter. The open-source tool enables platform-independent testing and supports numerous web and enterprise protocols for comprehensive system verification. Participants will learn about JMeter's structure and architecture and develop their own load testing scripts – from recording, configuring thread groups, samplers and assertions, to evaluating the results. Reporting, dynamic values, timers, and web and web service test plans will be covered in a practical way. A running practical example will guide participants from the initial test design through to the analysis of performance data. Optionally, integration into continuous integration environments such as Jenkins will also be covered.
