Endress+Hauser commissioned accompio to support their load and performance testing team. We are assisting our client in particular with resource planning, test scheduling, and cross-project communication between the development teams involved.

The challenge
Endress+Hauser operates a globally used website with an integrated web shop as the central platform for the customer journey. The multi-tier architecture connects numerous modules and back ends – from login and product selection to ERP integration – and runs both on-premises and in the cloud, increasing the complexity of load and performance testing.
Additionally, agile development cycles in the frontend and backend necessitate ongoing adaptation of test scripts. At the same time, appropriate testing times, close coordination between specialist departments, and a stable test infrastructure are crucial for meaningful results.
