The Asset Management (AM) service supports companies in the continuous monitoring, control and maintenance of important IT assets, thereby creating transparency, control and predictability over the life cycle of your infrastructure components. As part of an initial project, important system and asset data such as servers, operating systems, IP addresses, licences, certificates, warranty periods and other relevant information is recorded once and structured. On this basis, the AM service continuously ensures that this asset data is kept up to date, checked and promptly adjusted in the event of infrastructural changes. This includes updates in the event of infrastructure changes, new acquisitions or the decommissioning of components. The service provides regular status and warranty overviews, reports on the asset situation and a clear database that helps you to recognise risks at an early stage and make informed decisions about updates, renewals or budget planning. Defined service windows (9×5, Mon-Fri, 08:00-17:00), including telephone and email support, ensure that your asset data is maintained, reported in accordance with the SLA and made available on time.
