This includes updates in the event of infrastructure changes, new acquisitions or the decommissioning of components. The service provides regular status and warranty overviews, reports on the asset situation and a clear database that helps you to recognise risks at an early stage and make informed decisions about updates, renewals or budget planning. Defined service windows (9×5, Mon-Fri, 08:00-17:00), including telephone and email support, ensure that your asset data is maintained, reported in accordance with the SLA and made available on time.
