Exchange Migration Analytics (EMA) prepares companies specifically for the upcoming migration of their email server environment - be it to a new on-premises Exchange version, to a hybrid scenario or completely to Exchange Online. Modern email systems are a critical component of daily communication; their migration is technically demanding and characterised by numerous dependencies. Careful preparation creates transparency regarding challenges, risks, necessary integrations (e.g. email security, archiving, encryption), licensing issues and technical requirements. EMA analyses your existing Exchange environment, evaluates data and configurations and creates a migration and budget plan on this basis. Depending on the configuration, the analysis includes additional checks of the Microsoft 365 tenant configuration, authentication mechanisms and cloud options. Final reports summarise the results clearly and provide a prioritised roadmap for implementing your Exchange migration - including options for cloud deployment or hybrid operation.
