The Road to Cyber Security Excellence is a holistic managed consulting service for the systematic further development of your cyber security strategy. It is based on an established cyber security framework with over 240 controls in 22 security domains that covers both technical and organisational requirements - from asset management and network protection through incident and vulnerability management to awareness and backup strategies. We start by analysing your current cyber security maturity level using a structured assessment with a meaningful cyber security score and detailed management report. On this basis, a roadmap with prioritised measures, quick wins and medium and long-term activities is jointly developed in order to achieve the desired maturity level. A dedicated cyber security architect (e.g. in the role of a virtual CISO) then provides you with continuous support in the implementation of the roadmap, coordination of measures, prioritisation and strategic decisions via jour fixe appointments. Additional specialists will be available to you if required. The development of your maturity level is reviewed and further prioritised on a regular basis. This means you benefit from ongoing expert support for all relevant cyber security issues - from audits and compliance to technical optimisation.
