Pentest as a Service (PtaaS) is an approach to continuous, automated security testing of IT infrastructures. The platform simulates real attack techniques in a controlled manner within one's own environment, showing which systems are actually vulnerable and how far an attacker could penetrate the network. Unlike traditional penetration testing, PtaaS runs permanently and provides ongoing, up-to-date results instead of a one-off snapshot. accompio implements PtaaS based on the Pentera platform and is an authorised Pentera partner in the DACH region.

NIS-2 and DORA obligate companies to conduct regular security tests and provide demonstrable documentation. Pentest as a Service automatically delivers this documentation after each test run: structured reports that can be used as auditable proof for regulatory authorities. The NIS-2 Implementation Act has been applicable in Germany since December 6, 2025, for companies with 50 or more employees or an annual turnover of €10 million in relevant sectors. DORA has been binding for financial companies and their ICT service providers since January 2025. accompio will assist you in integrating PtaaS results into your compliance process.
