Strategic expansion of the accompio Group to include expertise in software testing, quality assurance and IT consulting for large companies.
Einbeck and Uelzen, 28 January 2026. On 1 January 2026, the accompio Group acquired Wachter & Karbon IT-Consulting GmbH & Co. KG in full as of 1 January 2026. With the acquisition of Wachter & Karbon, the Group is strengthening its expertise in the area of Application Performance Management.
Wachter & Karbon, based in Uelzen, has developed into an established provider of highly specialised IT services for major customers in Germany and Austria since it was founded in 2006. The company supports its customers as a holistic partner in the implementation of demanding IT projects in the areas of performance quality management and business service management - from the provision of expertise and project support through to project management.
Maik Karbon and Armin Wachter will continue to manage the company together with Thomas Jähnig, who as Managing Director of accompio PrimeTec GmbH already supports enterprise and corporate customers in the area of application performance management.
