Felix Banning, one of our experienced IT experts, has made his way to Budapest to conduct a workshop on Matrix42.
The workshop in Budapest marked the beginning of an exciting trainee programme, which will be carried out in close collaboration with Services4-IT over the coming months. Felix Banning will be coordinating this initiative and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
The Matrix42 ESM trainee programme lasts for three months and includes various phases to give participants a comprehensive understanding of the Matrix42 platform and its application possibilities. After the kick-off in Budapest, the shadowing phase is now beginning. During this phase, participants will have the opportunity to look over the shoulders of our experienced colleagues and observe their daily workflow. They will be divided into two teams and mentored and integrated by specially selected mentors.
Following the shadowing phase is „Training on the Job“. In this phase, the participants become actively involved themselves and put their newly acquired knowledge into practice. They are closely supported by their mentors and receive regular feedback. Regular exchange and collaboration develop a strong team spirit, which motivates and supports everyone involved.
To make the trainee programme even more diverse, two manufacturer training courses are also planned. These courses, which will be held virtually, include a two-day and a three-day Matrix42 workflow training. These additional courses will give participants the opportunity to deepen their knowledge and expand their understanding of the Matrix42 platform.
The feedback on this training programme so far has been extremely positive. Both participants and mentors appreciate the effective design of the programme and are enthusiastic about the learning opportunities it offers. The high demand for Matrix42 experts motivates the company to bring its knowledge and expertise to Budapest and to meet these needs.

With a total of five participants, the trainee programme has been designed to ensure individual support and intensive training. The enthusiasm on all sides is palpable, and everyone involved is looking forward to progressing through the next phases of this exciting trainee programme.
