The accompio Group is acquiring techbold technology group AG. This partnership creates a strong growth platform for secure IT solutions in the DACH region. For customers and partners, techbold will remain the trusted IT and cybersecurity partner in Austria.
Einbeck / Vienna, 30 July 2026. The German-based accompio Group is acquiring 100% of the shares in techbold technology group AG. The agreements were signed on 30 July 26; completion of the transaction is subject to approval by the competition authorities.
With this step, techbold gains a strategic partner to actively shape the next phase of growth, further expand its market position in Austria, and jointly create a strong platform for IT solutions and cybersecurity for the DACH region. For customers and partners, nothing will change in their day-to-day business: Existing contact persons, ongoing projects, services, and contracts will remain unchanged. The techbold team will now become part of a stronger network and will benefit from the know-how of the accompio Group from the DACH region.

Founded in 2015 by Damian Izdebski, techbold has become one of the leading IT service providers for small and medium-sized enterprises in Austria.
