The accompio Group has fully acquired PCK IT Solutions GmbH and PCK IT Datacenter GmbH as of 17 October 2024.
Since its founding in 1989, PCK Group has developed into a leading managed services provider in southern Germany, offering its customers a comprehensive range of services at its Kempten and Lindau locations, covering workplace management, client/server infrastructure, and security. In addition, PCK IT Datacenter was established in 2022, expanding the service offering to include data centre capacity.
Pia Perri will continue the successful growth trajectory of PCK IT as managing director, together with Felix Zöbisch, who heads up the mid-market division at accompio.

The accompio is delighted to welcome 29 motivated and highly competent colleagues on board following the acquisition. These colleagues live and breathe IT services on a daily basis, just like all other accompio employees. They will further strengthen accompio, and as part of a larger group, accompio will offer the PCK workforce development opportunities.
PCK IT Solutions has been offering IT services since 1989. Since 2016, Managed Services with the „smart IT“ product series have also been included“ In addition, since May 2022, high-quality cloud services from PCK's own data centre in Lindau have completed the portfolio. PCK supports its customers in the transformation of their IT systems on the path from on-premise to PCK's private cloud, or with hybrid solutions. Furthermore, PCK possesses comprehensive expertise in the Microsoft 365 environment and IT security. PCK is represented by its Managing Director, Pia Perri.
The acquisition of PCK is supported by accompio GmbH from EOS Partners, a private equity firm focused on mid-sized companies. The aim of the collaboration is to establish the accompio Group as a leading IT service provider for mid-sized companies in the DACH market in the long term.
