Einbeck and Kempten, November 13, 2024.The accompio Group acquired PCK IT Solutions GmbH and PCK IT Datacenter GmbH in full on October 17, 2024. With this acquisition, the Group is continuing its growth in the market for small and medium-sized enterprises. At the same time, PCK IT Datacenter will provide accompio with its own data center capacities, which we can integrate into our service offering.
Since its foundation in 1989, the PCK Group has developed into a leading managed services provider in southern Germany and offers its customers a comprehensive range of services in the areas of workplace management, client/server infrastructure and security from its locations in Kempten and Lindau. PCK IT Datacenter was added in 2022, expanding the range of services to include data center capacities.
Pia Perri will continue PCK IT’s successful growth trajectory as Managing Director together with Felix Zöbisch, who heads up the midmarket division at accompio.

PCK IT Solutions has been offering IT services since 1989. Since 2016, it has also included managed services with the “smart IT” product range and, since May 2022, high-quality cloud services from PCK’s own data center in Lindau have rounded off the portfolio. PCK supports its customers in the transformation of their IT systems from on-premise to PCK’s private cloud or with hybrid solutions.
