The merger strengthens accompio in North Rhine-Westphalia and expands the portfolio with specialized IT expertise for law firms, construction companies, and dental practices.
Cologne / Einbeck, October 6, 2026. The Großbecker & Nordt Bürotechnik Handels GmbH from Cologne-Lövenich will become part of the accompio group on October 1, 2026. With the merger, accompio establishes a new location in the Cologne metropolitan area and thereby strengthens its presence in North Rhine-Westphalia. At the same time, the group expands its expertise with specialized solutions for selected sectors of the medium-sized business.
The company, founded in 1987, employs more than 45 people in consulting, support and technical services, supports over 1,450 active customers and also offers data center services at two different locations in Germany. The brand Großbecker & Nordt, the existing locations and the team remain intact. Managing Director Marcus Großbecker also remains in his position and will continue to guide the company’s further development within the group.
