Georg Willig joins accompio as Managing Director

Einbeck, 26 June 2024 – Georg Willig has been working as Managing Director at accompio GmbH since 15 May 2024. With an impressive professional background and extensive experience in the fields of finance, corporate finance and M&A, Georg Willig will play an important role in the management team at accompio.

Georg Willig studied Business Administration and holds a degree in Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann). He has many years of experience in investment banking, where he worked at J.P. Morgan from 2000 to 2014, advising on a wide range of corporate finance transactions. After working as a self-employed corporate finance consultant, he was employed by Deutsche Telekom in Group Development/M&A from 2017 to 2024, where he played a key role in a number of transactions.

In his new role at accompio, Georg Willig will be responsible for all commercial matters, particularly further acquisitions and M&A. His aim is to contribute to achieving accompio's ambitious growth targets and to develop the company into a leading medium-sized IT service provider in Germany.
