Strategic expansion for the accompio Group's mid-market segment with specialised expertise in managed services and IT carve-outs for SMEs.
The accompio Group completely acquired DENWERIT GmbH as of 30 June 2026. With this acquisition, accompio is strengthening its competencies in managed services and IT carve-outs and expanding its range of services along the entire IT value chain – from the transaction to ongoing IT operations. Founded in 2022, the company will in future be managed as part of the accompio MidMarket Business Unit. Denis Werner will help shape the further development within the group alongside accompio.

The company specialises in complex IT transformations, IT carve-outs and managed services, supporting medium-sized businesses through demanding change processes. Since July 2026, DENWERIT GmbH has been part of the accompio Group.
