accompio GmbH receives PUR Award in the field of Managed IT Network and Infrastructure Services
As part of a provider evaluation by techconsult GmbH, a heise group company, accompio GmbH was honored with the PUR Award 2024 in the areas of Managed IT Network and Infrastructure Services.
The award is based on customer feedback, which certifies that accompio GmbH has received particularly positive ratings in the categories of user experience and provider satisfaction.
The services are evaluated according to cross-service and service-specific criteria in the context of the respective functional areas:
- Consulting quality
- Implementation quality
- Quality of the managed service
- Performance
- Usability
- Service benefits
- Service scope and pricing models
- Service loyalty and recommendation
In particular, the categories “personal contact person on site” and “speed of support response” were rated with maximum satisfaction and five stars (well above average).

accompio in 1st place in the “Service performance” category
More than 60 providers were assessed in total as part of the provider evaluation. Not only did accompio make it into the “Top 35”, it also ranked in the top places in several categories. These include support and pre-sales in 5th place, general provider rating in 2nd place and 1st place in the area of service performance. The following subcategories were rated with five stars (well above average):
- Recognition of unusual and suspicious behavior / evaluation
- Network security / evaluation
- Automatic storage and logging of the network configuration / evaluation
Users also awarded five stars in the Innovations category for the subcategories “Newly introduced concepts are systematically improved” and “Contribution of the provider to improving business processes”.
