accompio GmbH announces that, effective June 1, 2023, it has acquired the IT nearshoring specialist Services4-IT. With this acquisition, accompio is expanding its portfolio and can now meet the growing demand for expertise and German-speaking IT professionals, not only from Germany but also from the neighbouring country of Hungary. Hungary presents itself as an ideal nearshore location due to its cultural proximity, excellently trained IT professionals, and widespread knowledge of the German language.

Services4-IT – Experts on demand

Services4-IT delivers tailor-made IT nearshoring services. Services4-IT was founded in 2014 and has specialised from the outset in supplying IT service providers and software vendors in the DACH region. The company offers bespoke IT solutions and services for IT service providers and software vendors. With their highly qualified teams, Services4-IT supports its customers as a trusted partner in the areas of SAP & ERP, software testing, support, application development and operations, DevOps middleware, and cloud operations.

Thanks to its locations in Budapest and Pécs in Hungary, Services4-IT is successfully positioned in the regional labour market and can attract qualified specialists. The collaboration between accompio and Services4-IT is already reflected in their expanded portfolio.

Wolfgang Schnober, the previous CEO of Services4-IT, is overseeing the acquisition and will continue to be available for consultation. Andreas Berthold will take over as CEO, leading Services4-IT under the accompio banner. Berthold emphasises that Services4-IT offers accompio the right solution at the right time. Particularly time-intensive services can only be scaled with appropriate IT specialists. Services4-IT enables accompio to implement services even more efficiently and significantly faster than before for the customer. Furthermore, the acquisition provides good access to the Hungarian job market, ensuring further growth. Services4-IT acts both as a preferred supplier within the accompio group and as a trusted partner for renowned IT service providers.

Torsten Otto, CEO of accompio, emphasises that projects and certain services can only be expanded with appropriately qualified personnel. With Services4-IT, open positions for projects can usually be filled in the shortest possible time.
