accompio acquires the Netz16 Group, continuing its development towards becoming one of the leading IT managed service providers in the DACH region.

Einbeck, 26.02.2025. Netz16 GmbH, along with its subsidiaries digisoolut, Fundwerk, and PARIT, will become part of the accompio Group. Through this acquisition, accompio will now include over 700 employees across 17 locations. The group's revenue will consequently rise above €100 million for the first time.

Netz16 has been active in the market since 2009 as an innovative IT Managed Service Provider with a focus on Cyber Security, Modern Infrastructure, and Managed Services. Through its subsidiaries, it also markets ERP system platforms, DATEV solutions, and telemarketing concepts. From its headquarters in Augsburg, with nearly 200 employees, the company's business activities are currently concentrated in Southern Germany.

Netz16 is a forward-thinking company, renowned for its visionary market strategies. The trade fair format „Augsburger Cyber Security Tag“ has become just as successfully established as its unconventional approach to personnel recruiting. For over ten years now, the Augsburg-based company has had its own IT academy and trains its future talent in its in-house vocational school.

Through the acquisition of the Netz16 Group, accompio further expands its presence in Southern Germany and gains a multitude of enterprise customers. Furthermore, a variety of technological platforms will be newly opened up for the group. The management of the Netz16 Group will remain in their positions and will actively contribute to the development of the accompio Group.

Netz16 meets the highest certification standards and is certified according to ISO 9001 for quality management, ISO 27001 for information security management, and EMAS for environmental management. These standards ensure a high level of security, sustainability, and quality for customers.
