accompio takes over inno-EDV GmbH and creates first business unit in Austria

Munich, 11 September 2025. The accompio Group is consistently expanding its international presence and is acquiring inno-EDV GmbH, based in Innsbruck and Ehrwald. For many years, the company has been an established ITaaS service provider for small and medium-sized businesses in Tyrol, impressing with a broad portfolio of services covering Modern Workplace, VoIP, WLAN, Cloud Services, Hardware, and End-User Support.

With this acquisition, accompio is establishing its own business unit in Austria for the first time. The locations in Innsbruck and Ehrwald will expand regional proximity to customers in Tyrol while also enabling more intensive support for companies in the adjacent southern Bavarian region.

Management and employees

The company will be jointly managed by Manuel Engl and Michel Wagner in the future. Engl is moving from leading IT technology into the management team and will take over from Lukas Schmelcher. Wagner will remain a member of the management team and will continue to be responsible for sales. This ensures continuity for customers and employees and will facilitate a smooth integration into the accompio group.
