How does IT meet the challenges of tomorrow? At the first joint IT Expert Day in Göttingen, over 60 IT managers came together to discuss security, cloud, automation, AI and the digital workplace. Expert presentations, live demos and personal networking took centre stage at the event.
The IT Expert Day in Göttingen marked the first joint event organised by the companies within the holding company. Under the motto „get IT ready for future“, over 60 IT managers came together to discuss current trends and challenges in the industry.
In a total of nine workshops, experts presented practical insights into topics such as IT security, cloud and backup management, automation, container technologies and AI in service management. A particular highlight was the live demo of a hacked OT system, which impressively demonstrated how vulnerable industrial systems can be - and what protective measures are necessary.
In addition to specialist presentations, the focus was primarily on personal dialogue. The event offered participants a valuable opportunity to network, share experiences and jointly develop new ideas for the IT of tomorrow.
