Your responsibilities

  • Participation in the implementation, administration, and migration of backup and storage environments, focusing on storage systems such as Clustered ONTAP, Hitachi, and Veeam Backup.
  • Contribution to the administration and operation of SAN and NAS storage environments.
  • Administration and operation of backup environments.
  • Administration, implementation, and operation of automation solutions, including PowerShell and scripting.
  • Integration of new customers into existing operational processes.
  • Collaboration in the creation of decision templates and concepts.
  • Development and planning of service concepts.
  • Ensuring agreed-upon service levels.
  • Documentation creation.

Your profile

  • Fluent English and German knowledge
  • Several years of professional experience, with at least one year in IT administration.
  • Excellent experience with NetApp hardware and services.
  • Eperience with SAN and NAS and Backup technologies.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and scripting.
  • NetApp NCDA certification is advantageous. Methodology certification (ITIL Foundation) is a plus.
