Your responsibilities
- Setting up, updating and supporting the infrastructure for XenApp and XenDesktop versions.
- Configuration and deployment of Citrix Web Interface.
- Installation, setup and administration of Citrix license servers (Windows).
- Monitoring the performance of the Citrix infrastructure.
- Work with Citrix end-user client tools such as Workspace and VDA.
- Treatment of application packs and management.
- Day-to-day operational management and support of Citrix infrastructure, including XenApp, XenDesktop, App-V and NetScaler environments.
- Manage and support Windows servers in an enterprise network environment with extensive knowledge of Microsoft-based system principles and practices.
Your profile
- Fluent in English and German.
- 2+ years of experience in Windows and Citrix environments.
- Practical experience with Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft and Citrix group policies.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, especially with Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop and NetScaler.
- Experience with ITIL processes such as incident, change, problem and change management.
