Your responsibilities

  • 2nd and 3rd level support, bugfixes.
  • Installation, modification, removal and repair of middleware products.
  • Incident, Disruption, Problem and Change Management: operating procedures & conceptualization of technical solution design.
  • Operation through the required phases: including test, integration, production.
  • Customizing and development of the middleware products.
  • Test operation and test support.
  • Project-related services for the introduction, migration and updating as well as the operation, configuration and customizing of middleware topics.

Your profile

  • Fluent English, German is an advantage.
  • Experience in incident, disruption, problem and change management.
  • Experience in monitoring products for current patches, implementing patch automation and managing the rollout of patches according to regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional knowledge of GitLab and CI/CD tools, especially Ansible.
  • Knowledge of Jboss, Tomcat, Apache, IBM Websphere, Docker.
  • Know-how of automation frameworks and container technologies.
