With this acquisition, accompio is strengthening its competencies in managed services and IT carve-outs and expanding its range of services along the entire IT value chain \u2013 from the transaction to ongoing IT operations. Founded in 2022, the company will in future be managed as part of the accompio MidMarket Business Unit.
