The agreements were signed on 30 July 26; completion of the transaction is subject to approval by the competition authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With this step, techbold gains a strategic partner to actively shape the next phase of growth, further expand its market position in Austria, and jointly create a strong platform for IT solutions and cybersecurity for the DACH region. For customers and partners, nothing will change in their day-to-day business: Existing contact persons, ongoing projects, services, and contracts will remain unchanged.
