The integration of the company specialising in Artificial Intelligence marks a strategically significant step in expanding the service portfolio and strengthening technological expertise within the group. Kern AI's clients include well-known insurers such as Markel Insurance SE, HDI Global Specialty, and N\u00fcrnberger Versicherung, among others. The transaction was supported by EOS Partners GmbH, a private equity investor focused on medium-sized companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kern AI was founded in 2020 by Johannes H\u00f6tter and Henrik Wenck. The two managing directors met during their studies and developed a shared vision early on for the user-centric and responsible application of Artificial Intelligence. With innovative technologies and practical services, Kern AI has rapidly established itself as a specialist in AI-supported data processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of the integration, Simon Berger is strengthening the management team as an additional managing director.
