This training is aimed at engineers who want to design and deploy end-to-end automated IT self services with Micro Focus Cloud Service Automation (CSA) as a portal component.

Duration: 3 to 5 days (8h/day)

Self Service Automation with Micro Focus CSA

The training presents the advantages of using the Hybrid Cloud Management Platform in a practical way. Ideally, the participants already have basic knowledge of Micro Focus Operations Orchestration (OO). Participants first receive an overview of the Micro Focus Cloud Service Automation (CSA) software solution, learn about the various components and are accompanied on the path from the service catalog item to the automated OO flow.

Training content / procedure

In addition to the basic components of the tool, the training also includes an introduction to the advanced functions, such as the CSA REST API and the use of dynamic lists.
