ALM Octane Advanced – Scaling Agile Lifecycle Management

This training is aimed at experienced ALM Octane users, project managers, DevOps engineers and test managers who will also be taking on administrative tasks in addition to operational use. The goal is to configure ALM Octane in a structured way, customise it individually and integrate it seamlessly into existing tool and process landscapes. Participants will deepen their knowledge in architecture, role and permission concepts, project types and customisation options. Furthermore, project migration and synchronisation, import and export functions, as well as interfaces such as REST and ODATA will be covered in a practical manner. Another focus is on the design, creation and configuration of CI/CD pipelines, including integration, test assignments and accelerated defect analysis. Practical exercises will accompany the training, enabling the setup of a complete pipeline and the application of best practices for scalable, agile lifecycle management.
