Graduation is a milestone that marks the transition from training to the world of work. At mod IT, we were recently able to congratulate a remarkable group of IT specialists, specializing in system integration, on successfully completing their training. The young talents are now facing new challenges and opportunities. In this blog post, we would like to shed some light on their individual experiences and future plans.

Marlon Dörnte, Marcel Groth, Peer Land and Max Lohse are part of the cohort from August 1, 2020 and will complete their training in summer 2023. But that doesn’t mean the end of their time at mod IT. Quite the opposite – they will continue to be part of our team and use their skills and knowledge in the IT security industry.

Alex Rosniewski completed his apprenticeship in the winter of 2022/2023. He has shortened the apprenticeship by six months, which indicates his exceptional performance and commitment to IT security. Alex will also stay with mod IT and contribute his knowledge to future security projects.

One graduate in particular stands out from the group. Linus Ahrens, who graduated in the summer of 2023, has decided to take a different career direction. Linus has shortened his training by an impressive 12 months and will now begin a full-time degree in general computer science. Although we will miss Linus in our team, we are proud of his decision and wish him every success in his studies.

The successful completion of these IT specialists is proof of the high quality of our training at mod IT. We are proud of their achievements and are pleased that most of them will remain part of our team. Their skills and expertise are invaluable and will help us to continue to provide the best possible service to our customers.

The completion of their training is not the end, but the beginning of a new chapter in their professional development. We wish them all the best for their future and look forward to working with them in the years to come.
