In the dynamic world of IT, continuous training is essential to keep up with the latest technologies and trends. One company that has taken up this challenge is Services4-IT, a leading provider of IT services. Felix Banning, one of our experienced IT experts, made his way to Budapest to conduct a workshop on Matrix42.

The workshop in Budapest marked the beginning of an exciting trainee program that will be conducted in close cooperation with Services4-IT in the coming months. Felix Banning will take over the coordination of this initiative and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

The Matrix42 ESM trainee program will take place over a period of three months and includes various phases to give participants a comprehensive understanding of the Matrix42 platform and its application possibilities. After the kick-off in Budapest, the shadowing phase begins. During this phase, participants will have the opportunity to look over the shoulders of our experienced colleagues and observe their daily workflow. They will be divided into two teams and supervised and trained by specially selected mentors.

The shadowing phase is followed by on-the-job training. In this phase, the participants become active themselves and put their newly acquired knowledge into practice. They are closely supported by their mentors and receive regular feedback. Regular exchanges and collaboration develop a strong team spirit that motivates and supports everyone involved.

To make the trainee program even more diverse, two manufacturer training courses are also planned. These trainings, which will be held virtually, include a two-day and a three-day Matrix42 Workflow training. These additional training sessions will provide participants with the opportunity to further deepen their knowledge and broaden their understanding of the Matrix42 platform.

The feedback so far on this trainee program has been extremely positive. Both the participants and the mentors appreciate the effective design of the program and are enthusiastic about the learning opportunities it offers. The high demand for Matrix42 experts motivates the company to bring its knowledge and expertise to Budapest and meet these needs.
