As Head of People & Organization, Liza Torres has been responsible for the overall operational and strategic management of accompio HR since 15 April 2024, as well as the further development of the organizational development division. From her home base in Hamburg, Liza Torres will work closely with the HR departments in Einbeck, Dresden, Munich, Puhlheim and Budapest.

Torres comes from Digitas Pixelpark and has gained extensive experience in all areas of HR in the course of her previous activities in Germany and abroad. With a focus on HR strategy, organizational development and transformation management, she complements the existing HR expertise and will make a key contribution to the successful growth of accompio.
