The most frequently asked questions from applicants – answered directly

The job advertisements on our website are always up to date. Positions that we have already filled are immediately removed from the vacancies. Of course, there may be minimal time overlaps in exceptional cases.

There are a few job advertisements with application deadlines. However, explicit reference is made to these.

If you have not found a suitable position among the current vacancies, you are of course welcome to send us an unsolicited application. Please write to karriere@accompio.com. Alternatively, you can also find more information on initiative applications here.

Questions about a specific job advertisement should be directed to the contact person named in the job advertisement. For all other questions, you can contact any colleague in the HR team at any time.

When applying, you should always make sure that most of the requirements listed in the job advertisement are covered by your previous CV. If requirements are marked with words such as “desirable” or “ideally”, they are not mandatory.

When reading your documents, we would like to know why you are interested in the vacancy and what you think you can bring to the table. Present yourself as authentic, competent and motivated. In addition to your cover letter, your CV and attached references, references and/or certificates should provide a good overview of your knowledge and skills.

After completion of the application process, your application documents will remain stored in our system for three months. They will then be deleted in accordance with the GDPR. If we are currently unable to hire you, but we cannot rule out hiring you at a later date, we will ask for your permission to store your data for twelve months. Data will only be stored for longer if you agree to this.

How can I prepare for the interview?

Prepare yourself well for our telephone and face-to-face interviews – regardless of whether you are looking to start or advance your career. Our website offers many opportunities for this. Here you will find information on our services and areas of focus. You should also have familiarized yourself with the respective job profile and prepare yourself for any questions that may still remain unanswered after your application documents.

Is there a dress code?

Whether it’s a suit and tie or a casual business outfit, the most important thing when choosing your clothes is your own well-being.

Approximately 1-2 weeks before your first working day, you will receive an e-mail from us with information about your first working day. The day begins with an introduction to organizational topics by the HR and IT team. Your mentor and buddy will then provide you with technical support and help you integrate socially into the team.
