Application performance under load – a black box test with white content
By definition, functional and non-functional tests are black box tests in which the test object is only assessed on the basis of its reactions. However, in order to comprehensively evaluate the performance and resilience of an application, more information is required than the test tool alone can provide. In our video, I use a demo application to show you in a practical way how load problems can be identified and analyzed. The data collected during a load test is analyzed. In order to gain deeper insights, the application is analyzed with the support of a monitoring tool. By using Dynatrace, problems are automatically identified and detailed analyses are provided to determine the cause.
