accompio CorpTec GmbH

We have been offering customized solutions for the digital workplace, end user services and IT security since 1991 – back then as mod IT Services. Our focus is on end users, our clients’ most valuable asset. They should be able to work more securely, flexibly and effectively thanks to individually optimized IT workplaces. Consistent lifecycle management with a high degree of automation ensures efficient processes and cost transparency for our customers. Regardless of whether they have 500 or 5,000 workplaces.

Today, we support our customers under the name accompio CorpTec GmbH. Since 2023, mod IT Services GmbH has been operating together with four other companies under the umbrella of accompio GmbH. The resulting powerhouse offers a full range of services, even greater expertise and can therefore meet all IT requirements.

Success story

A brief summary of our history

1991

mod Management, Organization and Data Processing Consulting GmbH is founded in Einbeck. It emerges from the outsourcing of the IT department of KWS SAAT AG, now the fourth largest seed producer in the world.

2004

Management buy-out by Anja Osterloh, mod Managing Director until 2019 and shareholder until 2021. Broad positioning for SMEs: The mod Group includes the brands mod IT Services, mod Finance & Accounting (mod F&A) and mod HR Services.

2014

Since 2004, the mod Group has recorded an increase in turnover of 100 percent to 10 million euros in 2014. During this period, the number of employees has risen from 55 to 105. mod is opening a second location in Hanover in August.

2015

Introduction of trust-based working hours as a win-win situation for everyone involved: mod increases the motivation and loyalty of the team – and strengthens the company’s reputation as a strong employer brand. The team enjoys a high degree of self-determination and the best possible work-life balance.

2019

Torsten Otto takes over as Managing Director in January – after more than ten years with the company. Opening of our new branch in Kassel in order to grow further.

2021

In May, the owner-managed investment company EOS Partners GmbH (EOS) becomes the new sole shareholder of mod IT Services GmbH. With a strong partner and proven management, mod continues to pursue its growth course.

2023

Since 2023, mod IT Services GmbH has been operating together with four other companies under the umbrella of accompio GmbH. The resulting powerhouse offers a full range of services, even greater expertise and can therefore meet all IT requirements.

2024

Since 2024, mod IT Service has been operating within the accompio Group under the name accompio CorpTec GmbH. Contact persons, contacts, contracts, services and processes have remained the same. The portfolio and expertise will be expanded within our IT powerhouse.

1991
